Most of the entrance lights are now operating.

        Many have been replaced with new well-lights that are equipped with energy saving LED long life bulbs. A few existing fixtures, when possible, have been restored with LED bulbs. Remaining nonfunctional fixtures will be removed and restored if suitable and reinstalled with LED bulbs.

        With the newly installed palm trees the revival of Palacio is noticeable.

        We are confident that new Management will keep them in good working condition.

UPDATE:  as of April 20th, all 15 well lights are now placed back into service. These lights illuminate and enhance the look of the entrance at night tme.
