Welcome to the Palacio Homeowners Association.

Palacio is located in the Cambrian area, at 2061 Paseo Del Oro, San Jose, CA 95124, United States.

The site of Palacio is the former Camden High School, which closed in 1980.  After some time, the site was divided into three parts: The Camden Community Center, a shopping center, and the Palacio housing site. There are 79 homes in the community with gated access to the Community Center, and gated access to our swimming pool and jacuzzi. Construction on Palacio began in 1992 and was completed in 1994. The homes are 4 and 5 bedrooms single family homes, and the monthly HOA fees include front yard landscaping and house painting, along with care for the common areas.
